Albania: Key Expert on Civil Society in Albania and Western Balkan

Bird is currently looking for a Key Expert to support the team leader and have thorough and updated knowledge and information on civil society in Albania, and preferably in the Western Balkan.

Profile and expertise required:

• Education:
  i. Master degree in European integration process, public management, or any other relevant area for the project.
  ii. Computer literacy.


• Experience:
  At least 6 years of:
  • Supporting the capacity building of Civil Society in Albania;
  • Previous experience in similar assignments with Albanian public and local institutions as regards EU funding in support of the civil society;


• Language skills
  Fluency in English and Albanian, both written and spoken (min 2 points in the scale from 1 to 5 where 1 is excellent and 5 is basic),
  ➢ Management team member presence required or not for briefing and/or debriefing

  ➢ Starting period: 12 October 2015
  ➢ Foreseen finishing period or duration: 12 February 2016
