Sales Engineer Panel Builders/Kosove

Main Purpose
The Sales Engineer Panel Builders is responsible for achieving sales goals and implementing company approved programs within Kosovo. This is accomplished by providing information and services to Official Distributors, Panel Builders, Installers, etc. the Sales Engineer is also responsible for coordinating sales strategies to maximise sales in territory in accordance with company business plan.

Previous profound experience with electrical switchgears is required.

Main Responsabilities:

Promote and sale Schneider Electric’s offer (products and services) and solutions to the customers in Kosovo.
Identifies and contacts potential customers or prospects, either existing or new.
Works on customer issues of moderate scope and complexity.

Provide support to the customers in Kosovo on Technical and Commercial character.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through availability, timely communication, placing accurate orders, following-up on accounts.
Maintains and develops up-to-date knowledge of electricity, panel builders market, company and competitive products. 

Applies the knowledge of the products to customer’s needs.

Trains others ( Distributors ,Pnel Builders, Installers, etc.) on company products and solutions.
Perform all other tasks, assigned by the line manager according the employee’s qualification and responsibilities.
