Premium Sales Channel Coacher - Retail Segments Management Department
Responsible for increasing Premium Relationship Managers performance for sales and service parameters:
• Design clear sales and service activity through preparation of daily, monthly and weekly plans for every Premium RM, based on portfolio composition, market potential and priorities of the branch;
• Actively working with Relationship Managers and Branch Managers to ensure execution of the plans/activities, certainty of the sales activity and monitoring of performance;
• Participate during coaching sessions between Branch Manager and Premium Relationship Manager and contribute with feedback for performance results and activities performed;
• Provide on job training and coaching for portfolio management, financial advisory, loan applications, Premium products knowledge, sales and processing;
• Participate in delivering full training packages (Wave 1, Wave2, etc);
• Assure on-time feedback HO – Branches and vice versa regarding Premium model and Premium products to assure the right implementation. Gather customer feedback on satisfaction and continuously report to Branch manager and to Premium Segment.
• Leverage x-sell opportunities in branches with Micro, SE segments, monitor and, report results.
