I.Help Desk Officer (HDO) in Tirana, Shkodra and Vlora EU Info Centre
Competences: S/he will be fluent in written and spoken English and Albanian, have good understanding of EU-related issues, very good computer skills and excellent customer care skills.

II. Social Media Expert
Competences: Fluent English and Albanian is a must (TOEFLE, SAT certificates). A university degree in EU studies or political would be an advantage.

III. Website master
Competences: The webmaster should have a university degree. S/he will be fluent in written and spoken English and Albanian, have good understanding of EU-related issues. At least 3-year extensive experience in designing and maintaining of websites is necessary. Previous experience in working with international organisations will be an advantage.
